Love NCAA college hoops? Then Hoop City Refreshed by Coca-Cola is the place to be during the NCAA Women’s Final Four.

Hoop City hours:

Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, April 5 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Monday, April 6 from 10 – 6 p.m. 

Admission is free.

Follow the bouncing ball to Hoop City and get ready to hoop it up!  Fans of all ages can enjoy competitions, basketball clinics, autograph sessions from current NCAA coaches and great players of the past, and surprise appearances.  Cheer for your favorite school in the battle of the bands, participate in NCAA sports and learn about sportsmanship teamwork, balance and all that is great about college athletics.

All citizens of Hoop City will have the chance to experience the excitement of NCAA Basketball® and other sports.  Some of the entertainment areas include the NCAA Hall of Champions®, which takes you inside the life of an NCAA student-athlete and tests your knowledge of the Final Four and other NCAA championships, and the NCAA Zone, which gives fans a chance to learn about all 23 NCAA championship sports and receive hands-on instruction on selected sports from former NCAA student-athletes.

POWERade 3v3 Tournament:  The POWERade 3v3 Basketball Tournament will be held inside of NCAA Hoop City refreshed by Coca-Cola at the America’s Center in St. Louis, MO on April 4-6, 2009.  This amateur, family oriented basketball festival is open to males and females ages 7 to adult.  Teams consist of three to five players and will be grouped by age and playing experience.  Participants will receive:  a POWERade 3v3 tournament t-shirt, 3 games guaranteed, free daily admission to NCAA Hoop City, and first and second place prizes for each division.  Entry fee is $125 per team and all entries must be received by March 27, 2009.
