Join us for the 3rd annual Road to the Final Four® 5K
Run/Walk. The route begins at the corner
of Washington and Jefferson in downtown Detroit, outside Cobo Center, and
highlights Detroit’s scenic RiverWalk.
The entry fee includes
free admission to Hoop City® refreshed by Coca-Cola® and a
chance to win 2009 NCAA® Men’s Final Four tickets.
Proceeds will benefit the NCAA Men’s Final Four Legacy Program, the
United Way for Southeastern Michigan’s Early Learning Communities. This program enhances school readiness for
pre-school age children by providing training and resources for children and
their caregivers. Race participants are
encouraged to bring a new or gently-used pre-reader or early reader book to
race registration.
Online registration is now closed. However, race-day registration is available in Michigan Hall starting at 7 a.m. Please print and bring a paper
